- Paper I: General Hindi ( 100 objective questions, 100 marks, 1.5 hours, minimum qualifying marks 30)
- Paper II: General Knowledge and Reasoning (100 objective questions, 200 marks, 2 hours)
- Skill Test:
- Shorthand Test: 80 Word/minute in Hindi; Transcription speed of 30 Word/minute.
- Typing Test: Minimum speed of Hindi typing of 30 Word/minute.
